Service Description
Our private trainers will provide more workouts but with increased difficulty. They would show the record of the athlete to see the progress they achieved and how much more they still need to meet their goal. This will all be done from the comfort of the athletes house where the trainer will bring a couple of items to help the athlete and also provide a nutrition plan that they athlete can follow. For 1 private lesson in a week is $65 and for 7 private lessons in a week it will cost $600.
